At Hope Health & Care Services (HH&CS), we offer a reliable and compassionate Disability Transport Service across NSW, QLD and VIC designed for people who need more than standard public transport. Our wheelchair-accessible, door-to-door transport ensures you can get where you need to go, safely, on time, and with dignity.

Our Disability Transport Service is ideal for NDIS participants who:

  • Use a wheelchair, walker, scooter, or other mobility aids
  • Have difficulty using public transport due to physical, sensory, or cognitive disability
  • Need consistent, reliable transport to medical appointments, therapy, hospital visits, or community access

We support all types of NDIS participants, self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed, and work in compliance with NDIS standards.
