At Hope Health & Care Services, we provide reliable, professional and person-centred support services for individuals recovering from accidents or injuries across New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD) and Victoria (VIC). Our Insurance and Accident Support Services are designed to reduce stress during recovery by providing flexible, in-home and community-based assistance tailored to each individual’s approved plan, recovery goals and personal circumstances. We work collaboratively with insurers, case managers, allied health professionals and rehabilitation providers to ensure a seamless and supportive recovery experience.

We provide support services for individuals funded through a range of insurance and compensation schemes across NSW, QLD and VIC, including:

NSW – State Insurance Regulatory Authority -
- CTP (Compulsory Third Party) Insurance – for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents in NSW.
- Workers Compensation (iCare) - for individuals injured in the workplace in NSW. - VIC – Transport Accident Commission (TAC) - Support for individuals injured in transport accidents in Victoria, funded through the TAC.
- VIC – WorkSafe Victoria - Support for individuals injured in the workplace in Victoria, funded through WorkSafe.
- QLD – WorkCover Queensland - Support for individuals injured in the workplace in Queensland, funded through WorkCover QLD.
- QLD – Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) - Support for individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents in Queensland.
- Self-Funded & Private Clients - We also work with self-funded clients and private individuals who are not covered by an insurance scheme but require post-injury or post-surgical support.

How We Work With Insurers & Case Managers
Hope Health & Care Services works directly with insurers, case managers and rehabilitation providers to make the support arrangement as smooth and efficient as possible. Our process includes:
- (1) Referral or Approval - We accept referrals directly from insurers, case managers, rehabilitation providers, treating doctors or the injured person themselves.
- (2) Service Agreement - Assistance with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping and general household management to maintain a safe and functional home environment during the recovery period.We confirm the approved scope of supports, hours, goals and billing arrangements with the insurer or case manager.
- (3) Needs Assessment - We conduct an initial assessment to understand the individual’s specific support needs, home environment and recovery goals.
- (4) Support Commences - We match the individual with suitable, experienced support workers and commence services as quickly as possible.
- (5) Regular Reporting - We provide progress reports and documentation to the insurer or case manager as required, keeping all parties informed throughout the recovery journey.
Who Can Access Our Respite Care & STA Services?
Our Respite Care and STA services are available to:
- NDIS participants of all ages and disability types across NSW, QLD and VIC.
- Participants whose primary carers need a planned or emergency break.
- Participants who are experiencing a crisis or change in their usual living arrangements.
- Participants transitioning between living arrangements who need short-term supported accommodation.
- Participants who want to experience supported community living before committing to a longer-term SIL arrangement.
- Participants following hospitalisation who need additional support before returning home.
